Outstanding 15 year warranty announced for durable and elegant Oras single lever mixers

Oras Warranty

Enware Australia is backing its long-life commercial quality Oras single lever tapware with one of the building industry’s best warranties for tapware.

The outstanding 15-year conditional warranty – combining two, three and 10-year components -  applies to Enware-Oras’ range of ceramic cartridge Oras  mixers, which is designed for applications requiring a smart appearance combined with superior durability.

The elegant European-styled mixer taps are recognized internationally for their excellent durability, all sharing a standard highly robust cartridge design with metal stem for superior strength, long life and simplicity of maintenance, says Tim Fisher, Marketing and Innovations Manager for Enware-Oras, a division of Enware Australia. The warranty comprises:

Two years - Oras parts and labour warranty for two years, from the date of purchase of the product.

Plus three years - For the next three years after the parts and labour warranty, an Oras replacement part only warranty is applicable to the ceramic disc cartridge.

Plus 10 years - Following the five year parts warranty, an additional ten year Enware replacement part warranty is applicable to the ceramic disc cartridge only. This extended parts only warranty is applicable to Oras Ceramic Disc Single Lever Mixer products purchased within Australia.

Enware-Oras mixer taps all share a standard highly robust cartridge design with metal stem for superior strength, long life and simplicity of maintenance.  Tap handles and their connection to the cartridge have been engineered to help cope with more aggressive impacts encountered in busy  domestic, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and workplace environments.

As a key design element, the handle may detach under extreme load before the internal cartridge or connecting spigot is damaged, reducing the cost, time and labour required for servicing.

By sharing a single cartridge type, inventory needs and maintenance costs and complexity are reduced. And because both the cartridge and the taps themselves are of outstanding commercial quality, they provide excellent lifespan and value, says Mr Fisher.

“In addition to the new warranty, the Oras range is also backed by the national service resources of Enware,  ensuring that parts and technical backup are freely available, unlike some lower quality imports which can be here today and gone tomorrow.”

Oras tapware includes internal strainers, protecting the cartridge from debris. The swivel range can be adjusted to suit corner or centre positions on sink installations. Basin taps are supplied with standard Red/Blue indication and Yellow/Blue for health and aged care applications.
