Advanced spill containment and safety shower expertise  from Enware

Some of the world’s most advanced spill pallet and drum workstation systems will be displayed by Enware (stand H 20) at the Sydney Safety show from October 24-26, along with Australia’s most comprehensive ranges of safety showers, eyewashes and decontamination equipment.

The tough but lightweight Enpac polyethylene spill containment range is designed to help combat slip, fall and trip accidents that now account for more than 25,000 new workers compensation cases a year in Australia.

The US-designed equipment complies with some of the world’s most demanding packaging and environmental standards for handling, storage and transporting of hazardous materials. It includes spill prevention and containment products, spill pallets, workstations, salvage drums, overpacks and drum dispensing products.

Enware’s fixed and portable safety showers and eyewash equipment are part of an extensive range of Enware shower and decontamination technology manufactured in Australia to comply with the toughest regulations covering workplace safety.

Enware is the largest manufacturer of stainless steel showers in Australia and exports to 15 countries. The company (safety@enware.com.au) is accredited to the highest ISO quality grading, ISO 9001, for its quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing of its ranges of water technology and safety products. Enware’s custom manufacturing capability provides solutions engineered to particular safety requirements.

In what is believed to be a first in Australia, Enware has obtained third party endorsement for its safety deluge range in line with ANSI Z 358.1 2004 requirements. This means is that all relevant Enware products have been independently tested and approved by a registered independent body (the CSIRO).

Enware’s emergency eyewash and shower equipment complements a broader range of Enware industrial safety equipment, including Zeomed infectious waste cleanup systems to help employers and owners and operators of public and private facilities protect staff and comply with WorkCover mandatory legislation.

The ZeoMed system to is designed to provide a hygienic handling and disposal system for spills commonly encountered in workplace, public and recreational areas, including blood, vomit and body fluids that pose health hazards including HIV and Hepatitis.
