Australia’s leading manufacturer of specialist tapware, Enware, is introducing soft-touch tapware that not only saves more water, but is also easier for children and people with a disability to use.

The new Enware-Delabie TempoSoft time Flow Wall tap achieves a six star WELS Water Efficiency Rating with soft push operation, seven second flow time and automatic shut-off without manual contact for improved hygiene and reduced water usage.

Available in wall-mounted and bench mounted models, the enhanced soft touch performance makes the new taps ideal for childhood centres, schools, age care facilities and commercial, industrial, food preparation, hospitality and public facilities where easy activation is beneficial for user comfort and enhanced hygiene.

Where used with a suitable basin, it is Accessible AS1428.1 compliant. The new tapware can also be integrated with Enware’s architect-designed IFO Sign 500, 600 and 770 wash basins, which offer outstanding hygiene and design benefits for health care, age care, disability and commercial applications in bathrooms.

Ruggedly constructed with brass body, high quality bright chrome and vandal- resistant design, Enware-Delabie TempoSoft designs are the result of Enware’s strong local experience coupled with the global expertise available from its partnership with Europe's market leader in commercial washroom solutions, Delabie.

The expansion of the relationship with Delabie, with a strong focus on time-flow tapware, follows Enware’s significant commercial success with Delabie technology engineered for Australian conditions. This relationship, developed over more than 15 years, complements Enware’s latest product releases in temperature control and monitoring, washroom fittings and food service tapware which have achieved strong acceptance in architectural, building and plumbing specifier markets.

Enware Managing Director Mr Adam Degnan says Enware works continuously with Delabie to ensure its products meet Australian/NZ standards, taking technology through the detailed approval processes and backing products in the field with Enware’s long-established quality sales and service network.

Enware Australia’s water conservation, safety and hygiene-oriented products include vandal-resistant time flow tapware, Australian-made Aquablend TMVs (thermostatic mixing valve systems), water saving bubblers, laboratory tapware, lever tapware for hospitals and health care, and food service tapware designed for hygiene and water conservation.
