What is the shelf life for the flocculant and coagulant chemicals?
The validity is 10 – 12 months.

What is the maintenace to be done by the end users?
Check to assure the power is on and the machine is active
Check the chemical buckets to assure adequate chemistry is available
Visually inspect the assure no leaks are present
Check water quality (visually)
Check the sludge tub to see if it is full and should be emptied
For EC - Check the voltage and amp readings and assure they are within operating range
Check pit or trench drain and clean as necessary
Check IPF to assure adequate filter media is present

What to do with the sluge left after the treatment?
In most cases sludge can be disposed in an industrial landfill. The metals are removed via EC are in hydroxide state and will pass a TCLP test (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure).

What is the warranty?
1 year for manufacturing defects.

What is the need for the end users to be trained on the machine?
There is definitely some training to perform, but it is simple.  The manual does a good job in explaining the start up and functionality of the machine.

What will not be removed during the treatment?
The EC or CoAg Systems will not remove dissolved solids, or will they remove dissolved organic matter.
