Innovative modular wash water treatment systems offer automated solutions tailored to site needs

New watermaze system

A range of advanced fully automated wash water treatment systems is being introduced by Enware Australia to remove suspended solids, emulsified oils and heavy metals generated by a broad range of maritime, transport, heavy machinery, and industrial operations.

The modular WaterMaze systems – which can be individually configured to suit different needs and budgets - use electro-coagulation and chemical treatments to provide ideal solutions for marinas, boats and shipping, council and transport industry vehicle washes and  industrial applications including heavy machinery wash down.

The compact and efficient systems are the latest in a comprehensive range of wash water, water conservation and environmental solutions marketed by Enware nationally and supported by a division of the nationally respected company dedicated to the commissioning and maintenance of its systems, to ensure reliability and ongoing service.  Enware offers free on-site appraisals to ensure optimum system performance for particular uses.

Modular WaterMaze systems are designed for fully automated operation with very low maintenance, providing up to 45 litres a minute treatment, says Enware. No untreated water is left in the system to create odours. Four main modular options are offered, include:

* Chemical treatment system, Coagulation unit (WM-COAG2) fully automated to treat wastewater containing more than 10,000 ppm solids/hydrocarbons.

* Electro-chemical treatment system, (WM-EC2) for sites requiring higher quality effluent including heavy metals removal.

* Compact Chemical coagulation system, (WM-COMPACTCOAG) for low-flow, light waste stream sites requiring cost-efficient solutions using chemical coagulatin and chemical flocculation.

* Recycling option, (WM-REC2) incorporates a UV ozone system for additional polishing and disinfection to allow recycling of treated water.

The Enware WaterMaze Modular System also includes an Index Polishing Filter unit that can be applied as pre or post-treatment solution to other water treatment technologies, to remove particles, or used as a stand-alone system.
