The marina, boat and shipping industry generates a lot of wastewater from cleaning operations on boats, as well as in boatyards, slips and shipyards.
The wastewater generated, is loaded with heavy metals (particularly copper from anti-fouling paints), oils, grease and organics. Waste streams in this industry may also include bilge water and deck run-off.
The Watermaze Innovator Series uses electro-coagulation and chemical treatment to remove emulsified oils, greases, heavy solids and metals from a broad range of waste streams found in industrial washing applications.
