SMARTFLOW LAN INTERFACE 24V RACK MOUNT The Smart Flow LAN interface is a device specifically designed to interface the Smart Flow monitoring system with a standard LAN network. The Smart Flow system can be implemented over a Local Area Network (LAN) by utilising an existing IT network. This enables connection to the system over different areas, buildings or even sites, which have an integrated Network. This is achieved by dividing the Smart Flow Monitoring System into practical areas, such as separate buildings, or separate wings within larger buildings. These separate Smart Flow systems then operate as if they were to a single larger system. Connecting these modules to the central control PC is then achieved by interfacing these separate systems to an existing IT LAN using the Smart Flow LAN Interface. The Server is then able to communicate to each of the control Hubs in the system via the LAN.
